# Integrations

What webhotelier, RoomPulse and your property management system each give you inside Revhero.

Revhero does not ask you to enter your hotel twice. It is built inside the **webhotelier | primalres** ecosystem, and it reads the systems you already run.

Everything you see on the [Dashboard](/revhero-docs/your-hotels-performance/dashboard.md) and the [Yielding Board](/revhero-docs/setting-your-rates/yielding-board.md) is built from them. So are your rate recommendations.

**RoomPulse** comes with Revhero. It collects the rates your competitors are showing publicly, so your market sits inside the product with your own numbers.

*webhotelier holds what you are set up to sell. Your PMS holds every booking, however it arrived.*

## What each part gives you

| What | What it brings you |
| ------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **webhotelier** | Your room types, rate plans, availability and rates. It is also the route your approved rates take back out to your channels |
| **RoomPulse** | What your competitors are charging, inside Revhero instead of in another browser tab |
| **Property, destination and market demand** | Sourced by Revhero itself. Nothing to connect, nothing to maintain |
| **Your property management system** | Every confirmed reservation and the revenue attached to each stay night, whichever way the booking arrived |

webhotelier holds what *should* happen: how you are set up, and what you are selling. Your property management system holds what *did* happen, across every source of business. Connect it and your occupancy, revenue, ADR and RevPAR describe the whole hotel.

## What it changes about your day

* **One screen instead of five.** You no longer combine a PMS report, an extranet and a competitor spreadsheet each morning.
* **Numbers you did not have to prepare.** Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pace and pickup are ready when you open the screen, for any period you choose.
* **Competitor context where you make the decision.** Your comp set sits next to your own rates on the [Yielding Board](/revhero-docs/setting-your-rates/yielding-board.md), not in another place.
* **Rates that go out once.** You approve a window in Revhero, and the rates reach your channels. You do not type them into each channel.

## What happens next

* [Where your numbers come from](/revhero-docs/your-hotels-setup/integrations/supported-systems.md) — what each part of your setup gives you, and what changes once your data source is connected.
* [Getting connected](/revhero-docs/your-hotels-setup/integrations/getting-connected.md) — what you provide, and what to expect.
* [What data flows into Revhero](/revhero-docs/your-hotels-setup/integrations/what-data-flows.md) — what is read, what is sent back, and what is never taken.

{% hint style="info" %}
Once you are live, you can see the state of your connections at any time. Go to [**Settings**](/revhero-docs/your-hotels-setup/settings.md) **→ Connection & Mapping**.
{% endhint %}
