# Rate Recommendations

A suggested rate for every future date. You review it, change it if you want, and send it.

**Rate Recommendations** give you a suggested rate for every future stay date in your pricing window. Your **pricing window** is how far ahead Revhero prices, up to 365 days. So your morning work is a calendar you read, not a spreadsheet you build.

Each suggestion is only a suggestion. You accept the rates you agree with. You change the ones that need a small adjustment. You replace the ones where you know better. You ignore the rest. Nothing leaves Revhero until you send it — unless you have switched on [Autopilot](/revhero-docs/automation/rate-recommendations/autopilot.md), which applies recommended rates for you on the dates you allow.

*A recommendation shows up in three places. On any date you accept it, change it, replace it or ignore it — and nothing leaves Revhero until you send it.*
